Excellent all around; the company kept in touch with us over the entire Heathrow to London City journey that BA forced upon us when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. An extremely faffordable fare was billed to us . The car was roomy and well-kept. Outstandingly advised.

What a Fantastic encounter with this Company. Since we were travelling to Gatwick Airport on a busy day, we should have probably made our original reservation for 17:00 instead of 16:00. So I requested to be picked up an hour sooner than the scheduled time 2 hours in advance, and they accommodated me. What wonderful service.

I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. Fantastic customer service from Britannia Cars. booked a return private transfer from Heathrow to Stansted. Very effective at making and informing customers of changes, the booking service. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers. On the basis of this encounter, I fervently advise using it again.
