In contrast to other London-based firms, they provide complimentary airport meet & greet services, and their drivers always help you with your bags. Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. We were assessed a very fair £66. (this included parking fee at Heathrow). The car was roomy and clean, and the driver, Sam, was very polite and helpful. Highly suggested.

Fantastic customer service from Britannia Cars. booked a return private transfer from Heathrow to Stansted. Very effective at making and informing customers of changes, the booking service. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers. On the basis of this encounter, I fervently advise using it again.
