Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. We were assessed a very fair £66. (this included parking fee at Heathrow). The car was roomy and clean, and the driver, Sam, was very polite and helpful. Highly suggested.

Miklosne arrived five minutes ahead of schedule, which was excellent. That meant we had enough time to bring our cases and luggage inside. The vehicle was very tidy and roomy. She was really accommodating and inquired what we preferred to listen to on the radio. Everything was just simple and practical. Online airport pickup reservation: nice ride. I received a speedy and courteous response regarding my pick-up confirmation. I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. Overall, I'm delighted I made my reservation with them.

Fantastic customer service from Britannia Cars. booked a return private transfer from Heathrow to Stansted. Very effective at making and informing customers of changes, the booking service. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers. On the basis of this encounter, I fervently advise using it again.
