Pick-up and drop-off at Heathrow Airport

Heathrow is the UK's busiest airport and the main gateway to London for long-haul flights. Whether you are landing after an overnight flight or heading out on a family holiday, Britannia Minicab gets you between Heathrow and your door in a clean, comfortable car at a fixed price.

We cover every terminal – 2, 3, 4 and 5 – around the clock. Tell us your flight number when you book and we will track it, so your driver is there when you land even if your flight is early or delayed.

Arriving at Heathrow

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of your terminal holding a name board, help with your luggage and walk you to the car. If you are travelling to Heathrow, we drop you right outside departures for your terminal.

  1. Book online or call us with your flight number and destination.
  2. We track your flight, so your driver arrives for the actual landing time.
  3. Your driver meets you in arrivals with a name board and helps with your luggage.

Flying from Heathrow

Flying out of Heathrow? We take you to the departures drop-off of the terminal on your booking, and plan your pick-up time around the M4 and M25 at that time of day, so you are not rushing to check in.

Book your return at the same time: choose Add return trip in the booking form and both journeys are arranged together.

Plan your journey

Planning your Heathrow transfer

  • Check which terminal your airline uses – Heathrow's terminals are spread out, so we confirm the right one for drop-off.
  • Allow extra time in the morning and evening rush hours, especially on the M4 and M25.
  • Travelling with lots of luggage after a long-haul flight? An estate or MPV gives you more space than a saloon.

How long does it take to get from Heathrow to central London?

Usually between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on the time of day, traffic and exactly where you are going. Your driver will take the best route on the day.

Which Heathrow terminals do you cover?

All of them – Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 – for both pick-ups and drop-offs, 24 hours a day.

Can you take me from Heathrow to another London airport?

Yes. Airport-to-airport transfers, for example from Heathrow to Gatwick, are booked in the same way as any other journey.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. Prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers: the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Extra drop-offs, pick-ups or diversions added to the journey are charged in addition.

Will I pay extra if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

No. We track your flight, so we know about delays or cancellations and send your driver for the new landing time.
