I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. Miklosne arrived five minutes ahead of schedule, which was excellent. That meant we had enough time to bring our cases and luggage inside. The vehicle was very tidy and roomy. Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. We were assessed a very fair £66. (this included parking fee at Heathrow). The car was roomy and clean, and the driver, Sam, was very polite and helpful. Highly suggested.
