What a Fantastic encounter with this Company. Since we were travelling to Gatwick Airport on a busy day, we should have probably made our original reservation for 17:00 instead of 16:00. So I requested to be picked up an hour sooner than the scheduled time 2 hours in advance, and they accommodated me. What wonderful service.

Fantastic customer service from Britannia Cars. booked a return private transfer from Heathrow to Stansted. Very effective at making and informing customers of changes, the booking service. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers. On the basis of this encounter, I fervently advise using it again.

Online airport pickup reservation: nice ride. I received a speedy and courteous response regarding my pick-up confirmation. I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. We were assessed a very fair £66. (this included parking fee at Heathrow). The car was roomy and clean, and the driver, Sam, was very polite and helpful. Highly suggested.
