Online airport pickup reservation: nice ride. I received a speedy and courteous response regarding my pick-up confirmation. I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. My driver, was excellent. It's not exactly one of my favourite things to do to travel to Gatwick in the middle of the night, but Felix called me ahead of time, showed there on time, and was a delight to travel with. a sweet person who genuinely cares about his clients.
