Fantastic customer service from Britannia Cars. booked a return private transfer from Heathrow to Stansted. Very effective at making and informing customers of changes, the booking service. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers. On the basis of this encounter, I fervently advise using it again.

Miklosne arrived five minutes ahead of schedule, which was excellent. That meant we had enough time to bring our cases and luggage inside. The vehicle was very tidy and roomy. She was really accommodating and inquired what we preferred to listen to on the radio. Everything was just simple and practical. Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. Excellent all-around. We had some trouble getting off the plane because there were no buses, and we spent a long time at passport control, but the team was excellent and kept track of our progress despite the fact that the aeroplane was on time.
