Wonder vacation with Britannia
I had a nice journey to Stansted Airport. Excellent service was provided.The driver was kind and prompt in his arrival. Every time we needed something, we could communicate in real time with Britannia. I'm overjoyed that I had to begin my vacation on such a nice note.

Excellent all-around. We had some trouble getting off the plane because there were no buses, and we spent a long time at passport control, but the team was excellent and kept track of our progress despite the fact that the aeroplane was on time.

Miklosne arrived five minutes ahead of schedule, which was excellent. That meant we had enough time to bring our cases and luggage inside. The vehicle was very tidy and roomy. She was really accommodating and inquired what we preferred to listen to on the radio. Everything was just simple and practical. What a Fantastic encounter with this Company. Since we were travelling to Gatwick Airport on a busy day, we should have probably made our original reservation for 17:00 instead of 16:00. So I requested to be picked up an hour sooner than the scheduled time 2 hours in advance, and they accommodated me. What wonderful service.

Excellent customer care standards and excellent service. I'd strongly advise them to anyone flying into or out of any London airport. Their booking staff is kind and well-trained. In contrast to other London-based firms, they provide complimentary airport meet & greet services, and their drivers always help you with your bags.
