I sent an email the day before asking if the driver might arrive early, and I immediately received a response saying they would try.Florin, a staff member, arrived at the appointed hour and drove quite professionally while being incredibly kind and pleasant. Overall, I'm delighted I made my reservation with them.

Miklosne arrived five minutes ahead of schedule, which was excellent. That meant we had enough time to bring our cases and luggage inside. The vehicle was very tidy and roomy. She was really accommodating and inquired what we preferred to listen to on the radio. Everything was just simple and practical. Drivers' pictures and car information were sent via email and WhatsApp to let us know they were waiting for us. Very courteous and helpful with luggage, drivers.
